The  NMA Team Reviews Kirinyaga County’s Primary Care Network (PCN)

The NMA team recently visited Kirinyaga County to evaluate its Primary Care Network (PCN), a pioneering step toward realizing Universal Health Coverage (UHC) in Kenya. As one of the few counties actively implementing this model, Kirinyaga’s approach aligns with the Kenya Kwanza government’s Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) in healthcare.

Supported by our implementing partner Afya Reach Limited, a dedicated social impact organization established in 2019, ongoing NCD screenings are enhancing community health, aiming for sustainable, long-term solutions.
