The Nurse and Midwife Alliance has successfully developed and launched the country’s first-ever National Nursing and Midwifery Policy, and in line with the project’s objective three (3), we engaged in capacity building by facilitating the development of strategic plans for the three (3) main professional associations in Kenya, i.e., the Kenya Progressive Nurses Association (KPNA), the National Nurses Association of Kenya (NNAK), and the Midwives Association of Kenya (MAK).
