As the healthcare landscape evolves, the importance of continuous education and professional development for nurses cannot be overstated. This year, nurses from Aga Khan University-Nairobi held an event dubbed the AKU Alumni Scientific Conference 2024, where they showcased the remarkable contributions of nursing alumni to healthcare innovation and patient care excellence. The two-day event was held on May 22nd–23rd, 2024, at the Nairobi Safari Club Nairobi under the theme “Addressing Global Health Challenges: Nurses at the Front.” Alumni will present exciting abstracts covering various topics, including nursing education, evidence-based practices, & AI in healthcare.
